The existing logo for Sacred Voices - a Denver-based BIPOC+ youth poetry and spoken word nonprofit - was outdated, held public negative perceptions, and was not reflective of the organizations growth or positioning. After the problem and needs of the nonprofit and the communities in which they served were identified and discussed, a design was selected. Logo adaptability and readability was key for the organization. Translating the eyeball element from their previous logo was sentimental to them and importance for loyal, long-term community members.
A secondary log was developed for the specific use of promoting programmatic events.
