Born in Arizona, raised in Tennessee, and schooled in Colorado, I have traveled between states and countries asking questions and seeking adventure in the multi-dimensional world of visual art. Pursuing a BFA in digital design was a serendipitous step for me. It pushed my creativity in a contextual direction; a passion for design research and art history emerged from my studies.
My creative direction shifted towards branding, marketing, and UX design.  I discovered the power of human-centered design and user interaction in driving a meaningful brand experience. While developing skills in digital and print design I remained rooted in traditional art expression, pursuing opportunities in gallery curation and art student's leagues.
When I am not designing brand and marketing materials in a local coffee shop you can find me studying global culture, practicing sustainable development, taking my beagle on outdoor adventures, expanding my plant collection, or learning about horticulture and urban gardens.
